Order being cancelled, being banned for no reason. Unprofessional customer services.


I have purchased online for about 5 items on July 22. The order should be shipped to my house at July 30; however, i have never received that order. Then i called and they send me an email state that my order is cancelled and they will not accept my future online order. The reason is because they accused me as a reseller. I have sent them two emails to ask base on what evidence that they banned me, never reply. I called a few days later to talk with whoever in authority but the girl who spoke on the phone kept denying and said that nothing can be done to fix that. Hollister is a big brand clothing store. I have love their clothes for years. Now, not anymore.
